Heal Earth, in partnership with STEMPOINT, has been running a placement programme for post A-Level students, empowering them to restore local ecosystems and boost biodiversity through scientific reports and storytelling.
As part of the European Climate Pact Youth Peer Parliament, students first completed sustainability and climate education courses through the Heal Earth Learning Hub.
They then selected local ecosystems to focus on, conducted primary and secondary research, and developed detailed restoration plans that integrated heritage knowledge and intergenerational perspectives.
The programme culminated in a virtual showcase and participation in the European Climate Pact Youth Peer Parliament, where students presented their projects, shared solutions, and connected with peers building both skills and impact for a greener future.
