Local conference “Breath of the Region - Together for Clean Air”

The conference is implemented by Sieradzki Alarm Smogowy as part of the “Nasze Powietrze” programme, funded by the Clean Air Fund. It is addressed to local governments, NGOs, cultural and educational institutions, and residents of the region.  

We aim to create a space where:

• we build a shared understanding that clean air is a responsibility jointly held by residents, institutions, and local governments - grounded in rights, obligations, and reliable knowledge,
• we support local governments by presenting concrete tools, good practices, and proven communication models,
• we strengthen local institutions (libraries, schools, cultural centres, NGOs) so they can act as educators and partners in driving change,
• we encourage small and medium-sized municipalities by showing that real improvements in air quality are possible step by step, within the conditions they have.
