Meet the speakers 

Our guest speakers include (pictured from left to right):

Stelina Chatzichristou, Expert in Skills Intelligence and Foresight, and Jasper Van Loo, Expert and Department Coordinator for Skills and Labour Market. They will join the webinar representing the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop). Cedefop helps develop the right skills and the right policies across Europe, working with the European Commission, EU Member States and social partners to shape vocational education and training (VET) for the future.

Asfand Yar, a Climate Pact Ambassador since 2025. Asfand has worked in environmental impact assessment since 2021. Having transitioned from a career in building mechanical systems to climate action, he will share his personal experience of changing career paths and discuss how professionals can align their work with their sustainability ambitions.

Alexander Kok and Lieve Poulis, who lead the EU Food Transition programme at the School for Moral Ambition, and will join the webinar to share their perspectives and experiences. The School for Moral Ambition is a Dutch non-profit foundation established in 2024. The organisation encourages professionals to direct their talent and careers toward addressing the major challenges of our time, such as climate change. Since its founding, the school has grown into a global movement of more than 25,000 members across 150 countries.
