What kind of footprint do we leave behind? 

From our buildings and programming activities to the day-to-day operations of our institutions, we impact the environment every day. How can we approach this issue so that we move beyond mere ideals and the desire to meet the challenges of the climate crisis, and instead implement concrete actions?

As part of the second edition of the GREEN INSTITUTIONS FORUM, we are once again creating a space to exchange experiences and discuss the challenges and successes associated with the green transformation of institutions. Through analysis within a "thought and practice laboratory", we aim to take a practical, operational approach to defining and reducing our environmental footprint. We will seek answers to questions such as how to implement circularity and degrowth principles within institutions, how to build partnerships between institutions and local governments, and how to foster collaboration. 

We invite everyone interested in this topic - whether from the Pomerania region or elsewhere in Poland - who works in institutions within the fields of culture, education, and science. This invitation extends to everyone from senior management to program and project production teams. It is a space for those already implementing green solutions as well as those ready to take on the challenge. 

What do we offer? 

Meetings and networking with individuals driving green initiatives within institutions / Overview of practical solutions for green transformation processes / Discussions on collaboration with audiences, local governments, and event organizers. 

We provide: a substantive program, refreshments, and coffee breaks "Green Institutions of the Tricity and Pomerania" is a collaborative partnership network dedicated to implementing green solutions within cultural, educational, and scientific institutions. 

Beyond mutual support in driving internal institutional changes, this cooperation fosters public awareness regarding the human impact on our shared natural heritage and engages communities in working together toward green transformation.
