Europe Day

As part of Europe Day organized by the EC Representation in Slovakia, the European Climate Pact in Slovakia (EUCP) will host an interactive engagement stand. 

The primary objective is to translate EU climate values into local action through direct dialogue between citizens and our Local Pact Community. 

Led by EUCP Ambassadors, the stand features core interactive activities: 

• Find Your Place in the Climate Pact: An interactive quiz designed to identify participation opportunities and connect visitors with the broader EUCP network.
• The EU in Practice (Workshop): This session uses concrete Slovak examples—such as building renovations, clean transport, and biodiversity restoration—to illustrate the European Green Deal's evolution from the past to the 2050 climate-neutral vision. 

By facilitating these workshops, our Ambassadors and Partners provide a human face to EU policy, demonstrating the real-world impact of climate measures in Slovakia. This event strengthens the collaboration with the EC Representation while offering citizens practical tools and knowledge to contribute to the green transition. 

The format ensures high engagement through gamification, storytelling, and direct networking, fostering a more informed and active local climate community.
