Climate Action Days: Sex, Lies and Climate Change: Choosing the Earth Together!

Theatre, live music, dance and science come together in a unique Climate Action Day event. Discover how to address climate myths, strengthen climate literacy and engage in meaningful dialogue – all in a convivial and inspiring setting.

  • Public debates

This Climate Action Day event explores how culture and social interaction can foster meaningful climate engagement.

The programme includes a staged reading of the climate-themed theatre play “Elegimos la Tierra” (“We Choose the Earth”), followed by a live musical performance featuring songs from the album of the same title, performed by a local artist.

The event is intentionally hosted in a restaurant setting to recreate a familiar social environment where climaterelated conversations often emerge. This convivial atmosphere enables participants to reflect, exchange perspectives and engage in open dialogue.

A short science-based intervention will present key evidence on climate change and provide practical tools to address common misconceptions and climate misinformation in everyday contexts, such as family or social gatherings.

The evening concludes with a shared dinner and informal interaction, followed by a dancing session, reinforcing collective responsibility and citizen-led climate action.
