Climate Action Days: Connecting with Forests Across Europe

What if caring for the climate began with slowing down and truly noticing the natural world around us? This online forest bathing experience invites participants across Europe to reconnect with forests through guided sensory awareness.

  • Info days

Participants are invited to go to their favourite forest, park or home garden and connect via Google Meet with the forest bathing guide, who will be based in her forest in Lugo, Spain. The phone is used only as a tool to listen to the guide’s invitations and can be kept in the participant’s pocket, allowing for a fully immersive experience in nature.

Over the course of one and a half hours, participants will learn about the principles and benefits of forest bathing and, above all, experience nature through all the senses.

The aim of this activity is to cultivate a deeper connection with nature and with ourselves, reduce stress and improve wellbeing, while fostering pro-nature attitudes and behaviours.

There are 20 spots available, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis via the registration form.
