We invite you to a workshop dedicated to the ecology of women's lives, focusing on care, well-being, emotions, relationships, and a sense of purpose in a world facing a climate crisis. The starting point will be climate emotions, which more and more women are experiencing, particularly anxiety about their own future and that of future generations, as well as concerns related to family planning and making long-term decisions.
Together, we will seek hope that does not deny reality but is based on knowledge, mindfulness, and mutual support.
The meeting will create a safe and welcoming space, not only for conversation but also for experiencing and naming emotions through exercises, mindfulness, and connection with other women. We will explore how the climate and environmental crisis affects our daily lives, emotions, and choices, with awareness that each of us experiences these challenges differently, yet none of us is alone in them.
The workshop is also an opportunity to meet, get to know each other, and share experiences that may become a source of the beginning of lasting relationships. It is a time conducive to building bonds based on shared values, sensitivity, and a sense of collective responsibility, as well as initiating joint activities.
It is a space for reflection on the significance of women's voices in the public sphere and their role in shaping the present and future of the city.
