I managed to transform frustration into positive energy and that's why I want to make people aware of the responsibility we have today to change the course of events to return to being in harmony with Planet Earth.L'urgenza di agire è enorme.

Siamo già in ritardo nella lotta la cambiamento climatico e per questo dobbiamo triplicare gli sforzi e gli impegni per accellerare la transizione ecologica.

Sono riuscito a trasformare la frustrazione in energia positiva ed è per questo che ho voglio sensibilizzare le persone sulla responsabilità che abbiamo oggi di cambiare il corso degli eventi per tornare ad essere in armonia con il Pianeta Terra.

Specialised in animal biodiversity conservation, I spent the last 20 years of my life monitoring wolves in the wild and leading public awareness campaigns, with no limits of age or education. I work as TV host, radio speaker and writer, a great opportunity to deliver fundamental messages about the biodiversity crisis and nature’s wonder to millions of people. I love to share experience, vision and critical thinking through social media, and I am constantly in search of new perspectives. Being conscious about the privilege I have, I want to use my platforms to better inform the public about climate change and its impact on biodiversity. In the end, we are among the most vulnerable species due to our lifestyle, economies and growth rate.

I am an Italian Actor very active on social media where I work as a climate advocate. I support a vast number of NGO spreading their voice and also educate the audience through self produced media devoted to explain the climate crisis from many POV.

I am 65 years old. I travelled a lot for professional and personal reasons. I have been the general manager of the Location of my group in Russia. 

I was deeply involved in the last 30 years with projects for the reduction of the Ozone layer and Green house (CO2) realized in many countries and finance by World Bank and UN agencies (Unido, UNDP. Unops). 

Very soon I will be retired and I would like to contribute to the evolution in the green direction.

I am Roberto Cavallo, founding member of ERICA cooperative, a company active for almost 30 years in the field of environmental consultancy all around the world, both technical and communicative.
I founded the International Association for Environmental Communication (AICA) which since 20 years ago organises the international award called the Oscar of Environmental Communication and which manages the envi.info website.
In 2014 I promoted running by collecting waste with the Keep Clean And Run event, a discipline now known as plogging, which now involves millions of people around the world and I am the director of the World Plogging Championship.
Since 2018 on my social channels, I conduce #envinews, with which I comment on the main environmental news.
I am periodically a guest of RAI (Italian national public TV) to comment on environmental news or for in-depth information, in particular on the topic of the circular economy.
I will use all these channels as a Pact Climate Ambassador!

I teach Math and Physics. I am a member of the Miur Territorial Training Team (https://scuolafutura.pubblica.istruzione.it/de/didattica-digitale/strumenti-e-materiali/equipe-formative-territoriali), which promotes digital innovation and innovative methodologies in schools. I have always cared about the environment, I love animals and nature. My experience is in the most diverse fields, from communication to multimedia, but my most important field of activity is related to education.

The vice-mayor of Metropolitan city of Milan aims to promote a cultural change in individual and collective behaviours by involving municipalities citizens companies and public authorities on enviromental social and economic sustainability issues enabiling our territories to become climate change resilient.

Motivation: We absolutely need to leave a better world to our children and grand children.

Background: Thesis on solar energy (1979), 35 years of work with EU programmes (Project officer in FP1, 1985), wide network of contacts in the EU and MENA countries.

As an Ambassador, I will use all my knowledge and contacts to promote the awareness about the need to fight Climate Change, and I will support relevant stakeholders in accessing EU programmes to fund their operational projects in the area.

As food and climate are linked, becoming an ambassador for the pact would be an opportunity to bring together civil society, stakeholders, and EU decision-makers to share good practices and support climate action on food-related issues. SAFE will focus on awareness-raising and advocacy campaigns to promote sustainable food practices and increase the visibility of the climate risks of today's food production by organising events, creating communication campaigns, and providing training.

As a young mother living in one of the most polluted cities in Europe, and in my professional capacity as an energy consumer expert, I have noticed that people are not aware of the simple actions they can implement to reduce their environmental footprint. For instance, when it comes to their domestic energy, many people don't know that they can easily switch to a "green" supplier, or that they can gain in comfort and quality by being more energy efficient. I want to make simple tools accessible to everyone.

As a European project designer, I've been carrying on projects about sustainability from different perspectives (social, environmental, learning, etc.).

As a teacher I've been working on sustainability projects and on Agenda goals, in curricular, extracurricular activities and eTwinning platform.

As a PCTO tutor, my classes are members of our school green community, promoting initiatives and actions in favor of environment and against climate change. I am now working for PNRR projects in a Regional Directorate, so my engagement has been involving more schools.

I chair an environmental association, 5 Terre Academy, which organizes activities with schools, promotes and supports circular economy projects, is active in the defense of the submerged environment through conferences, seminars, courses, and activities such as the removal of ghost nets, cleaning of the beaches. Furthermore, I am a member of the International Academy of Underwater Sciences and Techniques, and I coordinate the volunteers of the WWF Italy SUB network, the WWF SUB.

My mission is to support connections between those who care about our planet and our future. I will encourage those who are developing research and actions to be part of a community, finding resources and new visions. I believe that mainstreaming and commitment are the fundamentals for our collective fight.

I'm an active citizen promoting environmental behavior by supporting individuals in taking action on climate change. I'm vegetarian with high level attitude on in recycling. 

Since I am a EU project manager, I'm supporting the institute where I'm working in submitting  projects on climate adaptation and mitigation action.

I'm also trying  to support local associations in participating in regional funds addressed to local awareness actions for climate change.

I am a university student of economics with a great passion for social and environmental sustainability. I always like to remain informed and bring sustainability into my everyday life. With the aim of sharing my knowledge, I contribute to "The Path Of Fashion", an online platform with the purpose of raising awareness about the impact of the fashion industry. In this capacity I write articles, interview sustainable businesses and share information on related social media about the importance of conscious consumption.
