European Climate Pact Ambassador in Portugal
I am a Science teacher in Álvaro Velho School, Barreiro, Portugal. Along with Ecoschools, we formed a science Club called "Ecofriends of nature" where we streamlined activities in the context of environmental education for sustainable development. In addition to the use of tecnology, we have a great activity component "In Loco", where there is direct contact with nature and practice activities hands on. I believe ethics and citizenship will lead students in the future to become more proactive citizen.
