Bryony Cecil leads the Due Diligence team for Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) projects at the climate consultancy firm South Pole. Bryony has a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Development, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography.
Since a young age, the environment has been of interest to Bryony, engaging in environmental activism from the age of 8 years old. Since then, she has been committed to sustainability, the environment and climate change, speaking at the Global Peace Climate Summit in 2021, to fundraising for the Ocean Cleanup Organisation through Yoga classes throughout the pandemic.
As a European Climate Pact Ambassador, Bryony aims to inspire other young people to study and/or follow careers in sustainability, and to raise awareness on climate action.
